4. Website analytics, cookies, and admin access

We use first-party website analytics to understand page views, enquiry form starts, form submissions, and campaign performance. Analytics events are only sent after you accept cookies. Admin pages are excluded from public website analytics.

The analytics system uses random visitor and session cookies. The server stores HMAC hashes of those identifiers, not the raw cookie values. We do not sell analytics data to third parties. Raw analytics events may be retained for up to 24 months, with daily and monthly summary data used for longer-term reporting.

Authorised administrators may access a protected dashboard to review consultation requests and website analytics. Admin access is controlled by Microsoft login and role assignment. Administrative actions such as sign-in, sign-out, and viewing request details may be logged for security and accountability.
